Excel Automation is a privately owned company with great expertise and experience in the manufacture of industrial conveyor systems. Based in Worcester, in the United Kingdom, we are proud to have developed our in-house expertise to such a level that we can offer a complete, one-stop service which includes design, manufacture, assembly, test, and integrated control systems. For more than thirty years we have been supplying our industrial conveyor systems to satisfied customers. During this time we have established a reputation for supplying high quality, robust, systems - at a competitive price.

At the hub of Excel’s success is our Worcester factory. This facility is spread over 72,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and houses our electro-static powder coating facility. Complementing this production facility are in-house mechanical and electrical design departments, and our installation and commissioning teams. We pride ourselves on creating the best, most efficient and effective bespoke solution for our customers.

The majority of our installations are within the UK, yet we have also attracted customers from around the world. We have exported our industrial conveyor systems for our clients as far a field as America, India, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, France and Belgium.

Industrial conveyor systems supplied by Excel Automation include belt conveyors, roller conveyors, accumulating chain conveyors, slat conveyors, trough conveyors and monorail systems - all capable of handling a wide range of products as diverse as cartons of sweets to cargo containers weighing up to 12 tonnes. We also supply many conveyor systems to the automotive industry. These can vary from a complete trim and final assembly facility to Just in Time delivery systems for wheels and tyres, seats, cockpits etc.
